Data Deletion Instructions

DMfor.ME users can request deletion of account data, connected Meta channel data, contacts, conversations, and message records associated with their workspace.

How to Request Deletion

Send a deletion request by email to willkogajp@gmail.com using the subject line "DMfor.ME Data Deletion Request".

What to Include

• The email address used to access DMfor.ME.
• The workspace or business name, if available.
• The connected Facebook Page or Instagram account to remove, if the request is channel-specific.

What We Delete

• Connected social account records and encrypted Meta access tokens.
• Contacts, conversations, and message records stored for the requested workspace.
• Automation and operational records that are no longer required to provide the service.

Timing

We will review and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution purposes.
